Purchase requisition got deleted and new liens in sales order did not tied to purchase requisition.

It was observed that two line items are missing in the purchase requisition which is generated against third party sales order 1520489. After analysis understand that this happened when the user tried to chage the schedule line data of sales order. Even though running of all the correction reports this not corrected, advised client to add that line items manually in the purchase requisition.
